The Beyond Silence mobile platform streamlines and enhances workplace peer support programs, making it easier, faster, and more effective for employees to connect with trained peer supporters anonymously and when they need help.<\/p>

Initially co-designed and researched by McMaster University with the healthcare community, Beyond Silence<\/strong>\u00a0is now operated and delivered by\u00a0Stepped Care Solutions<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with a cost-recovery model. The platform has been\u00a0enhanced to support a broader range of workforces<\/strong>\u2013offering timely, relatable support by connecting employees with trained peers from within their own organization and\u00a0meeting people where they are, when they need it most<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
