The Beyond Silence app is designed to be a “mental health coach in your pocket” for healthcare workers. The app provides a variety of resources, customized for healthcare workers, that are designed to promote early intervention and support for the mental health of healthcare workers as well as promote psychological health and safety in the workplace.

Each organization will have its own unique access code, allowing the app to be customized specifically for each participating organization.
A peer to peer based approach to support
There is choice in the app to connect to a peer supporter from within or outside of your organization, or you can register for mental health webinars designed specifically for those working in healthcare settings.

Participate in the Beyond Silence App Project
We are looking for volunteers to be a part of a new bilingual national mental health and peer support app. Volunteers can participate in free 3-day peer support training and be a part of a national peer support team providing support to healthcare workers during the 3-month project from Nov. 1, 2022 – Jan. 31, 2023.
